Renovators Not Pulling Appropriate Permits

Especially when they add a basement suite to the property! Making the home beautiful with new renovations is totally fine but not legalizing the suite with the proper building code or zoning requirements with the city frustrates me the most. You lose buyer confidence, make a bad name for yourself, and it shows poor workmanship in my opinion.

The Place I Call


Willow Park!  I absolutely LOVE this neighbourhood.  The mature trees and friendly neighbours really make for an enjoyable living experience.  Not to mention some of my favourite shops are here!  Sushi Ginza, Essence Wellness, Pet Planet, Willow Park Wine & Spirits (amazing events throughout the year) & Deville Coffee are all must-sees!  Centred between Deerfoot & MacLeod, getting anywhere in the city is a breeze.

I love rustic farmhouse styled homes. From the weathered wood, exposed beams, neutral colours and barn wood doors, what’s not to love?!  The blending of old and new create a comfortable and inviting living space with a touch of nostalgia.

After Hours


When I’m not working you’ll find me at the gym, playing baseball, capturing photos of my cats napping, or spending time with family and friends.

My Happy


The absolute best way I kick back and relax is by hanging out with family and friends in some tropical paradise. It’s like all the stress just melts away, and I’m in full-on relaxation mode. Of course, I can’t be jet-setting to a beach every month, so when I’ve got a little downtime, you’ll find me at the spa, treating myself to some good old self-care.
