Professional Staging Consultation

Our Professional Stager will arrange a time to review your entire (inside & out) property and provide recommendations.

Professional Photography & Measurements

We can schedule our photographer to capture your home's exterior when the curb appeal is at its best! These are usually planned in the Summer or Fall!

Lockbox & Sign Instal

I make sure to keep your home safe with a professional-grade lockbox. Only licensed Realtors of our association have access to these Bluetooth lockboxes. I will also place a sign in front of your home to display that it is for sale.


For MLS listings, I use a Property Features Sheet filled out by my sellers. Listing with me means partnering with a marketing pro who excels in social media marketing to attract the right buyers on your terms.

Accommodating Showings

Open houses are a phenomenal way to generate foot traffic into your home, give potential buyers an overview of all its unique features, and allow them to fall in love with it in person.

Accepting an Offer

Our Purchase Contracts include a 1-14-day contingency period. When the buyer removes all conditions with a Waiver, it confirms to you, the seller, that they've satisfied all contingencies. Your For Sale Sign will proudly sport a "SOLD" sticker on the front lawn.

Preparing for Possession

We always recommend to our clients to leave the home as you would like to find it. This includes having the house, appliances, shed, and garage cleaned and vacant. Once the possession is complete, let’s stay connected for any real estate inquiries you may have in the future!
